Sunset Waters 16 is a well appointed 2 bedroom townhouse, representing exceptional value. Located on the hillside, a short distant from the Hamilton Island Harbour you will enjoy the views of Whitsunday, South Molle, and Henning Islands.

The 2 bedroom townhouse is fully self-contained, fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath towels are supplied. (You need to bring your own beachtowels).

There is a Plasma TV, video player, DVD and stereo unit in the living room. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and iron.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with a magnificent view from the balcony, bedroom 2 has 3 singles and there is a cot and high chair provided ... perfect for small families or 2 couples.
