Poinciana 201 apartment
is perfectly situated between the Resort and the Marina, overlooking
Catseye Beach and Catseye Bay.
Awaiting you is a bottle of Champagne in this extra large 3 bedroom
apartment that has just been totally renovated to a 5 star plus
standard.
Besides having one of the best positions on the island, Poinciana
201 has some of the most sensational views from the master bedroom,
ensuite, 3rd bedroom and lounge.
The apartment is fully self-contained, fully air-conditioned and
includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry. All
crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath towels are
supplied (you need to bring your own beach towels).
The dining/lounge area is luxury plus through out with large plasma
TV (Austar), DVD player.
The apartment opens on to a large balcony with sensational views
over Catseye Bay, has an outdoor setting and private BBQ.
The master bedroom has an ensuite (Double Love Shower), a king size
bed, LCD flatscreen TV (Austar), DVD Player and magnificent views
over Catseye Bay.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have LCD flatscreen TV's (Austar) with DVD
players, king or 2 singles beds in each room.
There is a foldaway Bed, cot, high chair and baby bath.
You have access to all resort facilities including water sports and
the Kids Clownfish Club (charges apply). In addition to the resort
pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of
your own private swimming pool, with Spa and BBQ.
There are many shops, activities and tours available as well as
child minding and baby sitting services. There are over 10
restaurants, takeaways, Bakery and a small supermarket on the
island.
You have the full use of a complimentary buggy and are met for a
valet pickup at the Airport or Ferry Terminal.
Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There are a number of
ATMs and a branch of the National Bank. EFTPOS facilities are
available.
